IPOH: The Perak State Secretary’s Office (SUK) achieved success by receiving the 2023 Special Protection Security Award with a five-star rating in the state secretary’s office category.
The award was presented by the Director General of Public Services (KPPA), YBhg. Dato’ Sri Wan Ahmad Dahlan Abdul Aziz.
Dato’ Nor Sham Rahman, the Deputy State Secretary (Management), received the award on behalf of the Perak State Secretary’s Office.
The event was held in conjunction with the 2024 National Protection Security Convention in Putrajaya.
Manjung Municipal Council (MPM) was one of six departments recognized through the Prime Protection Security Award.
MPM also received a five-star recognition in the Special Protection Security Award.
Other five-star recognitions were awarded to the Selama District Council in the local authority category, the Social Security Organization (PERKESO) of Perak (Statutory Body category), as well as the Perak State Registration Department and the National Land and Survey Institute (INSTUN) in the Federal Department State Level category.
The Muallim District and Land Office received a four-star recognition in the District and Land Office category.
