IPOH: Without delay, a pile of plastic bags filled with waste on Jalan Rapat Jaya, near the entrance to Dataran Rapat Jaya 6 was swiftly cleaned up by Ipoh City Council (MBI) officers.
Previously, this illegal dump site had been reported by Ipoh Echo following public complaints.
MBI’s proactive action deserves appreciation from the community, especially since the illegally dumped waste was left irresponsibly.
Such piles of illegal waste not only litter the area but also portray a negative image to the local community.
A reminder to passersby not to litter from their vehicles.
