IPOH: The widespread use of social media today has transformed nearly every aspect of promotion and marketing methods.
For this reason, the Perak Youth Aspiration Centre (PASAK) has collaborated with the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture Malaysia (MOTAC) to conduct a Career Clinic Basic Social Media Marketing Course.
The course involved 30 participants consisting of homestay owners from across Perak.
The first session began with a briefing on PASAK, its roles and functions, as well as career direction and educational motivation.
Subsequent sessions focused on understanding the importance of social media in digital marketing for company branding, personal branding, and product branding.
Participants learned strategies for content creation, copywriting, and tips and techniques for using Canva for photo editing.
PASAK greatly appreciates MOTAC’s cooperation in making this course a success.
PASAK remains open to collaborating with various parties to continue providing benefits to the community.
