IPOH: The Professional Appearance and Effective Communication Workshop with CuteCarry successfully enhanced participants’ communication skills, self-confidence and improved customers’ positive perception of the company’s image.
Ipoh Mayor, Dato’ Rumizi Baharin, stated that the workshop aimed to enhance participants’ skills in identifying, modifying, and implementing best practices to maintain an image that aligns with leading strategic and innovative governance.
“Such programs are hoped to continue in the future to strengthen organisational governance further, making it more productive, efficient, creative, and improving corporate image.
“This program was organized by the Strategic Communications Unit of Ipoh City Council (MBI) in collaboration with the Corporate Planning Department and the Association of Senior MBI Officers Club (PADUAN),” he told the media shortly after the program’s closing at Ipoh Convention Centre (ICC).
The workshop was delivered by CuteCarry CEO, Hafiz Mustapha, to approximately 100 participants, including MBI members, government agencies, government-linked companies (GLCs), and the private sector.
Other participating organizations included Amanjaya Holdings & Ventures Sdn Bhd, Puncak Emas Sdn Bhd, Far East Gas Engineering Sdn Bhd, Hospital Raja Permaisuri Bainun, Iskandar Puteri City Council, and the Perak State Secretary Corporation (SSI).
