TELUK INTAN: This program was organized by the Teluk Intan branch of the Ministry of Domestic Trade and Cost of Living (KPDN) in collaboration with the Hilir Perak District Education Office.
That was the objective of the Small Consumer Awareness Education Program for Schools in Hilir Perak, held at the Dewan Arena of the Hilir Perak District Education Office.
The purpose of this program was to provide students with exposure and explanations regarding consumer awareness education.
It covered various aspects that need to be understood and applied across different areas of life.
The program featured two categories of consumer-themed competitions.
These included a short video competition and a singing contest on consumer themes, involving primary and secondary school students.
The event also featured price catcher app registration, exhibitions, talks, and consumer quizzes for students.
The keynote address for the consumer clinic program was delivered by Dato’ Haji Kamalludin Haji Ismail, Director of KPDN Perak.
Also present were Mufidah Mahfodz, District Officer of Hilir Perak, and Zairul Akmal Kasim, President of the Teluk Intan Municipal Council.
