IPOH: Team Keris Berhad (TKB), one of Perak’s largest property companies, is set to host the Bumiputera Property Fair at Ipoh Bazar (Silveritage) from Friday to Sunday (30 August to 1 September 2024).
Datin Irene Lee, Deputy Chairman of TKB, announced that the three-day fair will feature a range of attractive promotional packages for those looking to invest in property, under the theme “Everyone Can Own Property.”
“The highlight of the event will be the hot air balloon rides, offering a unique and memorable experience for attendees,” she said during a press conference.
She also revealed tht registered visitors will have the chance to enjoy free hot air balloon rides throughout the fair.
In celebration of Merdeka Day on Saturday, TKB will also welcome public servants to the event as a token of appreciation for their contributions to the community and the nation.
In addition to the incentives for property buyers, public servants will receive additional benefits if they make property bookings during the fair.
The event will also feature various exciting activities, including lucky draws with substantial prizes to add to the festive atmosphere.
