Ipoh recently enjoyed an evening of exceptional music and community spirit, thanks to an event featuring Vic Teo, the internationally acclaimed vocalist and music producer. Held at Kilang’s Place, a new and innovative event venue, the gathering successfully raised RM 3,000 for Mutts and Mittens Home, a local NGO dedicated to stray animal welfare.
Vic Teo captivated the audience with his impressive vocal range and musical versatility. His performance included a mix of classic hits and original tracks, exuding skill and charisma. Teo’s music not only entertained but also supported a significant cause, adding depth to the evening.
Mutts and Mittens Home, officially known as Persatuan Pencinta Haiwan Daerah Kinta Perak, is dedicated to improving the lives of stray animals. The NGO provides shelter, medical care, and adoption services for abandoned pets, playing a crucial role in the community by helping these animals find loving homes.
The event, attended by 70 guests, seamlessly blended Vic Teo’s engaging performance with a meaningful charitable effort. The funds raised will aid Mutts and Mittens Home in their mission to care for stray animals.
Kilang’s Place, a recent addition to Ipoh’s event space scene, offered a modern and meticulously designed setting for the evening. The venue features a centralised kitchen with state-of-the-art technology and an inviting atmosphere for guests. Its seamless layout makes the venue a flexible space for both performances and various other events.
