IPOH: Who can predict human luck?
This saying proved true for nine customers of Shake & Bake Cafe, UNITI Republic, and Top Spice, who struck gold in the ‘9.9 Mega Lucky Draw.’
Shake & Bake Cafe, UNITI Republic, and Top Spice are subsidiaries of Atlanta Group Sdn. Bhd.
The lucky draw was organized to appreciate the support of Atlanta Group’s customers during the sales campaign from June 1 to September 9 across all its outlets, including in Kuala Lumpur.
Lee Voon Kok from Lahat won the first prize, a smart #1 premium car, while Cheong Wai Loon from Chemor won a Proton S70, and Chai Chorng Tau from Ipoh won a Proton Persona.
The next three winners received iPhone 15 Pro Max phones: Niw Hui Ling, Yap Whye Hoe, and Nurezzati Nadzri.
Huawei Pura 70 smartphones were awarded to Chee Kang Wei, Sivanessan M. Mellkiathis, and Kartina Omar.
Atlanta Group stated that they received 20,000 entries offering a total prize pool worth RM390,000, including three cars.
“Entries were from customers across all our cafe networks who spent at least RM50 or more.
“The draw session was held at the Shake & Bake Cafe premises last Monday night, where lucky customers were contacted, and the event was also broadcast live on our Facebook platform.
“Prizes were directly presented to the winners or their representatives,” the statement said.
Patrick Ewe Sarn Yuen, Director of Atlanta Group, was present to hand out the prizes.
Other invited guests included Ir Kamarullaffie Ahmad, Deputy President of the Malay Chamber of Commerce Malaysia; Chong Choon Chin, Deputy President of the Perak Chinese Assembly Hall; and Ravi Sankar Balasubramaniam, President of the Perak Indian Chamber of Commerce.
