Canning Garden Methodist Church, are organising and will be hosting a Blood Donation Drive this Sunday on 22 September, from 10 am until 1 pm. The address is 23, Jalan Keliling, Taman Canning, 31400 Ipoh.
Those eligible are those aged between 18 to 60 years old, weigh at least 45kg, and have slept a minimum of 5 hours the night before the donation drive. For women, they should not be pregnant, menstruating or breastfeeding.
Donors should remember to bring their MyKad and donor book (if they have one).
Donors will get a free blood pressure and blood glucose (sugar) test, free body mass index (BMI) test as well as a % visceral fat measurement. There will be a special gift for successful donors.
