Campaign GIGA PR1MA Homes: A Chance for the People to Own Affordable Housing

IPOH: The PR1MA Malaysia Corporation (PR1MA), the main affordable housing agency under the Ministry of Housing and Local Government, has launched the GIGA PR1MA Homes campaign to encourage the public to own homes.

The GIGA PR1MA Homes carnival is held in Ipoh, Perak, as it is one of the states with significant potential for homeownership, with numerous PR1MA projects still available.

During this four-month campaign, the public, including residents of Perak, will have the opportunity to own PR1MA homes offered nationwide.

There are 61 projects encompassing 2,785 housing units in various locations.

Throughout the campaign, buyers can enjoy various attractive promotions, including housing financing of up to 120% by the Housing Credit Guarantee Corporation (SJKP).

Interest rates for financing start as low as 3.8%, with exemptions on legal fees for the sale and purchase agreement (SPA) and special rebates.

Additionally, PR1MA is offering free internet subscription for two years and a smart home device package worth RM6,500.

Furthermore, the first 200 bookings will receive special gifts from PR1MA.
