In conjunction with the SUKMA games, Perak Lawn Tennis Association jointly organised a mini tennis tournament with Perak Education Department from September 12 to 13 at the Perak Tennis Arena.
For kids of nine years of age and under, a total of 88 players participated out of which 71 were from Perak, 13 from Selangor and five from Negeri Sembilan.
For the boys category, Aditha from Tenby Ipoh emerged top while Ahmad Ahyan from SJKC Poi Lam came in second. In the girls category, Putri Qistina Kaisara from SK Methodist ACS Lumut was crowned champion while Nik Ariana Aleesya from the same school won second placing.
