Sunshine Qualicare Sdn. Bhd., an Aspiring Social Enterprise registered with the Ministry of Entrepreneur Development and Cooperatives Malaysia, recently hosted an intimate and uplifting Laughter Yoga session for the community. Led by Malaysia’s Laughing Champion 2024, J. Jayamalar, this small yet vibrant gathering created a space for participants to connect, laugh, and feel rejuvenated.
Designed for close-knit interaction, the session allowed attendees to mingle, make new friends, and enjoy both the health benefits and the sheer joy of laughter. Participants engaged in a unique blend of social interaction, deep breathing exercises, and contagious laughter, all aimed at boosting immunity, releasing endorphins, and promoting overall well-being.
“Laughter is a powerful healing tool,” said Jayamalar, as she encouraged attendees to shed their inhibitions and embrace positivity.
Beyond these fun-filled gatherings, Sunshine Qualicare actively works to create compassionate and inclusive communities. Their economic activities include caregiver training for professional careers and family caregivers in both Perak and Selangor, as well as the sale of specialized elderly equipment such as stairlifts, ramps, wheelchairs, and beds.
