IPOH: Approximately 15,000 people from various walks of life attended the Perak State Hari Raya Aidilfitri Celebration 2025 at Stadium Indera Mulia.
Despite the rainy weather, the crowd remained enthusiastic, eager to enjoy the festive atmosphere.
Guests were treated to a wide range of delicious dishes, including roast lamb, fried chicken, lemang with chicken rendang, apam lenggang, and refreshing beverages.
The Sultan of Perak, Sultan Nazrin Muizzuddin Shah, graced the event, accompanied by Raja Permaisuri Perak Tuanku Zara Salim, Raja Muda Perak Raja Jaafar Raja Muda Musa, and Raja DiHilir Perak Raja Iskandar Dzurkarnain Sultan Idris A’fifullah Shah.
Perak Menteri Besar, Datuk Seri Saarani Mohamad, was also present.
The event concluded with Their Royal Highnesses presenting duit raya contributions to residents of Pertubuhan Pengurusan Rumah Anak Yatim & Miskin Anning and Pertubuhan Badan Kebajikan Anak-Anak Yatim Darussalam.
Residents of Rumah Kanak-Kanak Sultan Abdul Aziz in Kuala Kangsar and Vision Home also received duit raya contributions.
