For September and in conjunction with Malaysia Day, Sharpened Word is organising a Spoken Word Poetry crash course with Sheena Baharudin at the helm. Sheena certainly needs no further introduction in Klang Valley as a poet – educator, writer and also as a radio host of “Speak Easy” on BFM.
To make this workshop more effective, participants are encouraged to bring along a draft, or basic outline of a poem to work on. Don’t forget to bring pen and paper too. You can get her books during the session and an autograph too.
Please take note of the change in venue of the workshop at 19 Jalan Tun Sambatan, just beside the Ipoh Padang.
